Rainer Honeck

Rainer Honeck joined the Vienna State Opera Orchestra as a first violinist in 1981. He advanced to the position of concertmaster in the opera in 1984 and to that of concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic in 1992. Rainer Honeck is also a renowned soloist, with concert appearances in Austria, Europe, Japan and America. Personal highlights were solo performances with the Vienna Philharmonic, the London Symphony, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra

Krassimira Stoyanova

Krassimira Stoyanova is one of the leading sopranos of our time, highly acclaimed by press and public alike. She was born in Bulgaria and studied singing and the violin at the Plovdiv Conservatory. She made her professional debut in 1995 at the Sofia National Opera, where she developed a significant repertoire. Her international debut followed at the Vienna State Opera, where she remains a regular guest and was named Kammersängerin in 2009.
