Seven prominent historical orchestra archives joined together in Leipzig in 2013 to form the "Historical Orchestra Archive Network - NOA". In October 2014 the archivists of the Berlin Philharmonic, Dresden Philharmonic, Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig, Luxembourg Philharmonic, Staatskapelle Dresden, Vienna Philharmonic and Vienna Symphony held a conference in Vienna.
