Duplicate tickets can only be issued on the day of the concert and only upon presentation of an official loss or theft statement which is issued by a law enforcement agency and valid under Austrian law.

When picking up the tickets at the ticket office, the person who will be using your tickets must present the receipt which you received at the time the tickets were purchased.
