Cancellation Franz Welser-Möst - Iván Fischer takes over

Unfortunately, Franz Welser-Möst has had to withdraw from conducting the following concerts due to health reasons. Iván Fischer will step in to lead the performances on the following dates:

Thursday, 5 June – Concert at the Wiener Konzerthaus

Friday, 6 June – Concert of the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Vienna

Saturday, 7 June – 10th Subscription Concert

Sunday, 8 June – 10th Subscription Concert

Regrettably, the 8th Soirée on Tuesday, 10 June, has to be cancelled without replacement due to scheduling reasons.
Subscribers will be refunded the ticket amount via bank transfer.

The Vienna Philharmonic, the Wiener Konzerthaus, and the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde extend their sincere thanks to Iván Fischer for stepping in to conduct these concerts with the originally planned programme and cast.
