Sea & Music 2016 - 4th Concert Cruise with the Vienna Philharmonic on the Western Mediterranean Sea

“Sea and Music” offers not only a lot of music and crystal clear waters, but “more” of everything. The unique atmosphere on board provides music lovers with unforgettable days: not only concerts with the Vienna Philharmonic and our musical friends, but also an insight into the rehearsals and getting acquainted with members of the orchestra and our guests.

After the previous three wonderful trips, the Vienna Philharmonic, together with the tour operator MS6, are looking forward to this unique cruise on the western Mediterranean in 2016. The first musical highlight takes us, together with Maestro Zubin Mehta, to the Florence Opera House. A little later the second concert stop in Barcelona will delight us, namely the Palau de la Música - lead by our concertmaster Rainer Honeck. This architectural masterpiece on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites is certainly one of the most beautiful concert halls in the world.
