Chairman and General Manager re-elected

At today’s annual general meeting of the Vienna Philharmonic, the Leading Team was re-elected, with Professor Daniel Froschauer as Chairman (First Violinist), Professor Michael Bladerer as Managing Director (Double Bassist), Bernhard Hedenborg (Cellist) as Treasurer, for a fourth term of three years. Professor Karl-Heinz Schütz (Principal Flutist) is new to the team and will take over the position of Vice Chairman. The election by the orchestra members confirms the successful course of the past three terms and mandates its consistent and sustainable continuation, both artistically and financially.
