Notification of the Results of the Drawing
How will I be notified about the results of the drawing?
After the end of the drawing all participants will be notified by e-mail about the results of the drawing. This information will also be available in the 'My Account' area of the website under 'New Year's Concerts Ticket Drawing'.
When will I be notified about the results of the drawing?
The results of the drawing will be announced during the first two weeks of the month of March.
I have applied for tickets in the drawing but have not received an e-mail notification. How can I find out the results of the drawing?
In 'My Account' you can view at any time the status of your application and the results of the drawing.
I registered for the drawing several times but no status information appears in the 'My account' area. I have also not received any e-mail confirmations. Why not?
Our system is set up to allow each user to apply one time for each concert. When we notice that someone is trying to gain an advantage through multiple registrations, we will remove such entries from the database.
