What does “personalisation” mean?
Tickets for the New Year's Concert on January 1 are exclusively digital tickets and are personalised to the name of the visitor without exception. The personalisation will be done at a later point in time.

Does the personalization affect all three concerts at the turn of the year?
The personalization only affects the New Year's concert. If you have tickets for the Pre-performance or New Year's Eve concert, no personalization is needed.

What else needs to be taken into account?
The security checks upon entry to the concert venue will lead to increased waiting times. We therefore request a timely arrival on the day of the concert.
