Tickets for the New Year's Concert on January 1 are exclusively digital tickets (printing and showing on paper is not possible) and are personalised to the name of the visitor without exception.

  • I arrive in Vienna only shortly before the concert. Can I pick up my tickets only shortly before the beginning of the concert?

    The opening hours of the ticket office around the end of year concerts are also available on our contact page: Ticket Office Hours | End of Year, December 30, every year: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, December 31, every year: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM and 6:30 – 7:30 PM, January 1, every year: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM. Please note that on December 30th until 11:00 a.m. only concerns relating to the pre-performance will be addressed. Tickets for the New Year's Concert on January 1 are exclusively digital tickets (printing and showing on paper is not possible).

  • I would like to have the tickets sent to me by postal mail. Can you do this?

    For security reasons we do not send the tickets through the mail.

  • My tickets have been lost or stolen. What should I do?

    Duplicate tickets can only be issued on the day of the concert and only upon presentation of an official loss or theft statement which is issued by a law enforcement agency and valid under Austrian law.

  • I would like to pass on my tickets to someone else. How does that work?

    When picking up the tickets for December 30 or 31 at the ticket office, the person who will be using your tickets must present the receipt which you received at the time the tickets were purchased. Tickets for the New Year's Concert on January 1 are personalised to the name of the visitor without exception. The personalisation will be done at a later point in time.
